Because our standard support hours included with our managed services are much longer than other IT partners (6:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday as standard), we find that our customers rarely need us outside of hours, however we do provide 24/7 coverage on an on-call basis.
Our team are based in Australia (except for a few staff in our new London office). That includes our CEO, finance team, sales team, and all consultants and engineers. There are two team members based out of Adelaide.
