We are beyond excited to announce that Alana Reynard has taken home the Technical Excellence award at ARN's Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA). Congratulations Alana!
Alana has been a member of The Missing Link team since 2014 when she first started as an Infrastructure Architect, she was promoted to Senior Infratructure Architect after only eighteen months. She brought with her extensive experience from working in both Australia and the UK, as well as with businesses in many European countries. Recently she has been chosen as a member of the Technical Leadership Team which sets the technical strategy of the business, late last year she won our internal Technical award. Earlier this year Alana was a Finalist at ARN's ICT Awards for Technical Excellence, she was the only female finalist in her category, and although she didn't take home the award on that occassion, it was a huge achievement nonetheless.
Congratulations to all the finalists, everyone sets an amazing example for women in, and those considering a career in, the ICT industry or other technical fields. Thanks again to ARN for putting on another fantastic event.
