I started with The Missing Link in 2015 when I was looking to change up the industry I was working in. At the time, I had no idea where that move would take me. I started out in our Admin team, then moved across to our Security PMO team in 2017. Now, I work with our Security Operations Centre as Senior Service Delivery Manager.
Our SOC is responsible for the proactive management of security solutions for a variety of clients, including investigating and responding to cyber security incidents. My primary objective is to ensure that our team are delivering a quality service to our SOC clients and that we are constantly reviewing, refreshing, and improving our processes to keep us at the top of our game.
I also manage a team of Service Delivery and SOC Analyst superstars, who are the reason I love coming to work every day. The best part about my role is the relationships I get to build, both with our clients and our team. It makes all the difference to know I get to spend my days with people I trust and can have a laugh with.
When I’m not at work, you can probably find me tracking down the best martini in Sydney (ask me for my favourites!) or planning my next overseas trip with friends.
