I started my IT career at 17, joining the Australian Defence Force as a Telecommunications Technician. During eight years of full-time service, I deployed twice on operations and worked as a communications specialist in special operations. After transitioning from the military, I moved into IT and security roles across a range of organisations.
I joined The Missing Link in 2022 as a Security Operations Centre Engineer. Since then, I’ve progressed into the Principal SOC Engineer role, leading a team of engineers and supporting our enterprise clients. I’m passionate about building trust and strong relationships, and I take pride in helping clients stay securely connected to their applications — especially during critical incidents where fast action makes all the difference.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is mentoring junior engineers. Watching them grow in confidence and capability while supporting complex network environments is a real highlight.
What I appreciate most about The Missing Link is the culture. From day one, I’ve been encouraged to grow and supported by people who genuinely want you to succeed.
Outside of work, I stay active with running and gym training, and I’ve completed multiple running events and half marathons. Most of all, I love spending time with my daughter.
